Making a Purchase

We can accept orders and payments by telephone, fax, email and through our website. After you have placed your order, we will send a confirmation email to you summarising the order. We accept payment in Pounds Sterling by cheques made payable to “Novasonic”, or by Maestro, Delta, VISA or MasterCard. The company name for these charges on your statement will be “Blair Prospect - Pedliux”

When we receive your order, we carry out a standard pre-authorisation check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfil the transaction. We will debit your payment card with the total cost of the order prior to your order being despatched.

If you place an order offline, you will be contacted by one of our representatives to arrange payment. If you decide to pay by cheque, we will wait until it clears before processing the order.

Delivery Schedule

If for any reason we cannot despatch your order within 7 working days (excluding weekends), we will notify you by telephone or email. You will be given the opportunity to cancel the item(s) out of stock, or be given an expected date of delivery.

We cannot guarantee exact timescales for delivery. Royal Mail can take up to 14 days to deliver your package within the UK mainland. Orders for non-mainland UK may take slightly longer.

Our standard delivery charge from Monday – Friday (excluding public holidays) for UK mainland are as follows: The Pedilux Profi and Pedilux Two Way are £4.95. All accessories are charged £ 2.95 per order for postage and packing.

If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please let us know promptly. Novasonic cannot be held responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen packages. Packages sent to European and International destinations are insured, but are only tracked in the UK. Once the package arrives at it's destination we can confirm that it's been received and signed for upon delivery.

Returns Policy

We always aim to achieve 100% customer satisfaction. Perceived faults can usually be resolved by a simple call to our Customer Services Team on +44 (0) 1796 472 735, so please call, or email us at sales@pedilux.co.uk before returning goods.

While we cannot guarantee that our products will prove effective in every case, the success rate is very high. We therefore guarantee if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Pedilux you can return your product within 30 days under our 30 day money back guarantee. We have never refused a refund in over 25 years of business!

Should you require to return your order to us you should include paperwork with your original order number stated, a description of the defect, your name and address, a contact telephone number and state whether you would like a refund or replacement. Goods are returned at the customer’s expense and we advise obtaining ‘proof of delivery’ as Pedilux are not liable for goods lost in transit.

Information Collected - We only collect your personal details from you when you order an item from the website or request a catalogue. In addition, if you order from us, your credit card details and your delivery details will be collected. These details are passed to our accounts system via a secure server and will be used to process your order. All information is collected lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.

Disclosure of your Information - From time to time Blair Prospect Ltd. (the parent company of Pedilux) may want to inform you of special offers or make your details available to carefully selected third parties whose products we feel may be of interest to you. Please tick the box when being asked for your details if you do not wish to receive any such information from Blair Prospect Ltd. or third parties.

Other Websites - Our website may contain links to other websites and although we do not provide any customer information to these websites, they are outside our control and are not covered by our Privacy Policy. If you access other websites using the links provided, the operators of these websites may collect information from you which will be used by them in accordance with their Privacy Policy, which may differ from ours.

Cookies - "Cookies" are small pieces of information that a website transfers to your computer's hard disk for record-keeping purposes. We use cookies within the ordering process to allow the shopping basket to function. Personal information cannot be collected via cookies and any other tracking technology. Security Policy

At Novasonic we are aware of and take very seriously, the security and privacy issues surrounding the use of payment facilities via the Internet. As a result, we have taken every precaution, including the use of Secured Socket Layer (SSL) encryption for the transmission of all sensitive credit/debit card and payment information details. Our SSL server is certified by Comodo Class 3 Security Services CA, a public Certificate Authority. Comodo will only issue Digital Certificates to those servers which meet stringent security requirements.

Your online purchase from us will take place manually once we have allocated stock, and the goods are ready to ship. You can have every confidence that our online purchasing facilities are secure and safe to use.
